Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish that looks like yellow risotto or risoto. It has saffron, herbs, veggies and seafood or chorizo and chicken or a mixture of all depending on your catering specification. We use our best and unique family recipes passed down for generations in Spain and we only use the BEST FRESH INGREDIENTS you can find in Australia.

We take ALL necessary equipment with us including tables, gas, burners and ingredients so YOU DON'T NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING! We can cook indoors in your own kitchen or in an outdoor area, like a garden or terrace, with our own gazebo if necessary.
