Casa Cuevas hosted a paella party with our family for our son?s 1st & 3rd birthday party. We wanted something that gave us & our guests a different ?experience? & meant we could relax & enjoy the day! Well they completely exceeded our expectations!
The chef ran the afternoon as a mini-cooking lesson, teaching guests how to make chicken & chorizo paella! Guests happily listened while drinking the AWESOME sangria...mingling outside and sharing jokes with the chef gave the afternoon a fabulous, relaxed atmosphere!
The large paella was great as we ALL shovelled in at once & most guests went for seconds & thirds!! The dish took us back to our time in Spain!
Miguel, thanks for making such a special time even more memorable! It?s been a week since our party & our family are still raving about it!
I believe my sister will be calling you this week to arrange catering for a work function ? no doubt the first of many calls you with receive from our family!

What a memorable event ! Casa Cuevas cooked up a storm and much to the delight and entertainment of our guests the food looked and tasted sensational and the atmosphere of the party was enhanced with the huge Paella dish . It provided not just the delicious food but the source for conversation and experimentation and interactive assistance with the guests.
All washed down with refreshing sangria- it was the best party I have been to in years!
I would heartily recommend this for any special occasion especially if you want to generate an atmosphere that keeps everyone talking , laughing and dancing and its SO EASY to do this at home without the stress of having to do all the cooking ourself. The hosts actually get to relax and enjoy- such a bonus!

It was such a pleasure to have the friendly staff from Casa Cuevas catering for my Birthday Party!
The food was prepared with skill and created a great atmosphere for my guests. Once the preparation was finished there was a sea of compliments regarding the taste of the Paella, with several people returning to get another serving. When everyone was completely stuffed with food, the mobile kitchen was quickly packed away and the area was perfectly clean. It was such a great experience and Im so happy I chose Casa Cuevas!

one of the best ideas I have had was to google Spanish Catering and finding your company. From the first call to the end of the day I found you to be most professional. The food itself was sublime, filled with colour and aroma.
Your staff were professional and cheerful. Our celebration day was definitely a success, and our 240 staff members gave many compliments regarding the food. It was the focal point of our lunch which was a true success.

I highly recommend Casa Cuevas for authentic paella and wonderful service. They arrived on time and served the paella at the agreed time with no fuss. The two huge paellas, on display as they cooked in front of all our 260 guests added glamour and excitement to the evening.
